About the Designer
Background
I’m a senior at San Diego State University majoring in Graphic Design, where I’ve developed a strong interest in user experience and problem-solving through design. Throughout my time at SDSU, I’ve gained experience working across both print and digital projects, learning how to build cohesive brand systems and translate them into engaging, user-centered experiences. I’ve worked on designing for digital platforms, including interface design and prototyping, while also maintaining a strong foundation in print design. I enjoy bridging the gap between visual design and functionality, creating work that is both thoughtful and effective.
Why I Design
I found my interest in design at a young age, drawn to the freedom of art and the idea that there is no single “right” or “wrong” way to create. Over time, my perspective evolved through my experience in college, where I began to see design as a tool for problem-solving. Today, I’m driven by the ability to create work that not only looks engaging, but also improves people’s experiences in meaningful and intentional ways.
